Welcome to Munro Fitness & Nutrition. We are a growing team of current evidence - based practitioners with a shared aim; to coach you towards your goals. Fat-loss, exercise or both? We’ve got you covered.


Munro Fitness was initially founded on Instagram and we have a huge online community. Curious? Click the icon above & you will have access to over 50,000 posts from our members who use our #munrofitness to give insight to a day in the life of a ‘Munro Fitness’ member.


You will receive a plan unique to you as an individual, tailored to your aims and lifestyle. This is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach.


You are going to become a nutritional warrior. You will gain a solid grounding in basic nutrition, including calories, macros & how to manage them correctly. We pride our staff on teaching these lessons using jargon free advice to ensure you always get the most out of your membership.


I launched Munro Fitness & Nutrition on January 1st 2018 with only a handful of members. Eleven months on and it’s grown to over 1300 members. My dedication & passion for helping people has driven the groups success.

My goal for you, and every member that passes through my group, is for you to successfully achieve your goals. Success isn’t measured in the short term. If you ‘once lost 3st with a Slimming Group’ but re-gained it and/or more. That’s not a success story. Achieving your goal is only one part of that success. Learning how to maintain that in the long term on your own, without support. That’s true success and that’s what I want you to achieve during your time in my group. I want to free you from a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, paying someone to lose and re-gain the same weight over and over.


I get asked this question a lot ‘would your group help me?’

The majority of the group are ex-slimming club members. Sick and tired of re-joining the same groups to lose the same weight over and over again. My aim is to give you all the knowledge and tools to free you from a lifetime of yo-yo dieting.

There’s a quote Richard Branson uses when talking about his staff and it’s something that I apply to my members.
“Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to.”

Which basically means, I teach you everything you need to know to the point where you should be able to leave my group and be successful on your own. But also treat and support you so well that you won’t want to.

My group is for the everyday person that simply wants to learn how to eat better and in a way that stops them from gaining, or re-gaining lost weight.

And that’s it! 

You are not going to be given unrealistic targets to hit. Exercise is going to be ‘encouraged’ but not forced upon you. As a husband and father to two young boys, I understand how precious time can be, especially when you’re working full time. If you simply want to learn how to eat better then that’s fine too. 

I love knowing that the changes I can make to your eating habits, are going to have a positive impact on anyone that you are responsible for too because their eating habits are only going to improve as well. 

I want you and your family to be sitting down to the same meals and eating together. Rather than you having to put yourself in ‘dietary isolation’ whilst your family enjoys food that you usually class as ‘out of bounds’.

24/7 access to our private Facebook group. Your privacy is of great importance and no one will know you are a member or be able to see anything you share within the confines of the group.
Calorie & Macro targets tailored to your body composition and activity levels to achieve whichever goal you have in mind.
Support & Guidance from our group PT. Krystal Dawson is around daily to answer all your exercise-related questions and she also runs the ‘Workouts’ section of the group. (Remember, exercise is optional and is not mandatory for you to lose weight)
Video Walk-through, step-by-step guide to make sure you are eating and fuelling properly to achieve your goals
SCALE FEAR – Do you have a bad relationship with the scales? You've been using the scales wrong your entire life, learn how to combine them with a number of other methods to accurately track your progress and completely cure you of that fear.
Referral Scheme – You are going to be raving about the group to all your friends and for every new member you bring to the to the group, you will go into our monthly prize draw as a way of saying thank you.
T&C's - Your commitment to us is an initial payment of 3 months membership in advance, totalling £30, this is non refundable. After this period, you will continue to pay £10 a month for each additional month of membership.



Most slimming groups will ask you to pay a sign-up fee as well as a monthly/weekly membership. It's an unnecessary rip-off, not only do they want you to pay to be a member, but you need to pay for the privilege of joining too?

That’s not how we do things at Munro Fitness. You will pay your first 3 months membership in advance and that’s it.


One payment of £30.00 which covers your initial three month membership.

Upon completion of the first three months you remain in the group paying only £10.00 per month.

Upon completion of the first three months you remain in the group paying only £15.00 per month.

Before joining munro I never sat down to a family meal and ate the same as my girls and they used to always say 'cant you have this mummy is it too many syns' where as now most of the time we eat the same things together at the table. I have been in the group since January 2018 and after gaining all the knowledge of how my body reacts to certain things i now know that i can live my life and still lose weight and my relationship with food is much better and people have noticed that too. Joining munro has changed my life for the better and from all the slimming clubs that i have been a member of in the past not one of them has been as supportive as this one and the weirdest thing is none of us have even met but the support is amazing. Within my journey with munro fitnessI have enjoyed every minute of it and have grown much more confident in myself whilst dropping some body fat along the way Thank you Jason for your help and making me happy again. I would recommend the group to anyone who feels lost/stuck in a rut or is wanting to start a fresh with a journey that will get you results. There is nothing off limits with your eating no food is bad food and Jason will teach you all about nutrition he will teach you how to lose fat and more importantly to keep that fat off.
