Welcome to Munro Fitness & Nutrition. We are a team of MNU Certified Nutritionists and Personal Trainers with a shared aim; to help you achieve your goals. We are well known for the massive success we have with our fat-loss clients. But if you want to get fitter, faster, stronger, or simply learn how to balance and manage your diet to maintain a healthy weight in the long-term. This is what we do and we can support you every step of the way.

What we do is not 'One-size-fits-all'. You are not buying a meal plan that only works for as long as you follow it. Nor are not buying a quick-fix. We want to empower you through education, teaching you everything you need to know about nutrition to successfully achieve your goals while treating your overall health as priority. We want you to reach a point where you no longer need us, or any other 'diet/slimming group' ever again. We can also coach you through some of life's challenges such as: Thyroid issues, PCOS, diabetes, pregnancy & breastfeeding.

This is why, when we created the content of our group, we made sure that anyone on anyone level will be able to pick it up quickly. No matter your background or base-knowledge, our simplified, no-nonsense approach is going to help you wipe the slate clean and debunk the myths and poor nutritional information you have been exposed to in the past. Education is everything to us and we want to empower with the knowledge you need so that you eventually don't need us!

Munro Fitness was initially founded on Instagram and our community, or as we call it our 'clan', on this platform is HUGE. CAN YOU HELP ME?

A question I get asked a lot:
‘Will you be able to help me?’

This usually comes with a lengthy dieting history featuring most of the popular fad diets on the market. Sometimes they'll share comments "coaches" or "consultants" have made. 

"You should move you 'target' and just accept you’ve gone as far as you can." (You haven't)

"There must be something wrong with their ‘metabolism’." (there isn't)

"You need to try harder, you don't 'want it' enough?" (You're probably trying hard at the wrong things)

The only problem you've had is that you've chosen the wrong plans. You've followed the wrong 'diets.

Your doctor might have said you'll struggle or even be unable to lose weight due to a medical condition like: Thyroid issues, PCOS or diabetes.

You may be planning a pregnancy, pregnant or breastfeeding and unsure about what you can and can't do or what you should and shouldn't be eating.

Something as simple as walking, or setting a daily step goal can help you achieve your goals faster, but more importantly, lay the foundations for a habit that could aid in the long-term maintenance of your weight loss.

EDUCATION - A solid grounding in basic, real world nutrition. No made up terminology (syns, points, healthy extras) or jargon. We break down and simplify so it that what we teach can be understood at all levels, no matter your background or dieting history.
GOALS - We'll show you how to tailor our plan  and set calorie and macro targets based on your body composition, activity level and goal.
CHECK-IN - (1-2-1 group only) You will have regular 'check-ins' with our coaches where we will review your progress, give you detailed written feedback and make recommendations on how you can enhance your progress!
LIVE CHATS - Interactive 'Live Chats' with all of our coaches where we discuss a wide range of current topics the the opportunity for Q&A or to discuss anything you're unsure of or would like to know more about. We also bring in expert guest speakers to talk on more specific topics (such as binge/emotional eating & the menstrual cycle). These are all saved and available to catch up on at any time if you are unable to tune in live.
ACCESS - 24/7 Access to our 'Members Only' Facebook groups. A safe and private space where we offer all support and guidance. This is where you will be able to interact with your fellow group-mates on a daily basis sharing in all the successes, wins and progress. But also where you can reach out if you are having a bad day and need a friendly ear.
RECIPES - On the 1st of every month we release a new recipe book containing 30 delicious new recipes for you to experiment with. There is something for everyone and all recipes can be tweaked and adjusted to suit your lifestyle choices.

DIETARY LIFESTYLE - Vegetarian and Vegan members, especially, can struggle with some aspects of their diet. Not only do we have guides specific to these lifestyle choices, resident coach Big Nick is vegan and is always on hand for any questions you may have.
LIVE WORKOUTS - Live Workouts with our group PT. These can be done from the comfort of your own home and  are available to catch up on at any time. We are always open to suggestions on what sorts of workouts you'd like to see and do and we make sure there is always something for everyone and all physical ability levels!
RELATIONSHIPS - Do you have a bad relationship with the scales? Do you have a bad relationship with food, or certain foods? Maybe you even avoid social occasions. Let us help you overcome these.
GYM & HOME WORKOUTS -  Do you have a gym membership? Or would you like to join a gym but you're just unsure where to start or what to do? Our dedicated workout section will have something for everyone of all experience levels.
