Munro Fitness was initially founded on Instagram and we have a huge online community. Curious? No matter your background or base-knowledge, our simplified, no-nonsense approach is going to help wipe the slate clean and debunk any of the myths you may believe before building a solid, nutritional foundation on which your journey with us will be built. Not only do you have the support of our coaching team behind you, you have a huge community of members behind you too!
TAILORED TO YOU
What we do in our group is not 'One-size-fits-all'. You are not buying a 'meal plan' that only works for as long as you follow it. We will teach you how to balance your nutrition to achieve any goal in the healthiest way possible. Our aim is to get you to a point where you no longer need us, or any other 'diet/slimming group' ever again. Let us guide you through life's challenges: Thyroid, PCOS, diabetes, pregnancy, breastfeeding. We can support you all.
On the 1st of January 2018 the ‘Munro Fitness & Nutrition’ coaching group was born. We launched with around 200 members and due to the amazing success of that small group word soon spread and we have continued to grow over the last 24 months to community (or clan) over 2300 members-strong. In-line with this, my team has had to grow too and you now have 4 qualified and experienced coaches on hand to assist you day and night.
We are not set up like the big ‘Slimming Groups’ you may have tried in the past. These groups are designed to set you up for failure. Think about it. Do you lose weight when you’re ‘on-plan’ and then gain weight when you’re ‘off-plan’? Have you been going back to the same slimming group year in year out to lose and re-gain the same weight over and over? What if I told you that life does not need to be an endless cycle of ‘on-plan/off-plan’. That you shouldn’t need to lose and gain the same weight over and over again. Me and my team are here to help you get away from all that!
As a family man with 2 young boys, I appreciate the importance of being able to sit down together as a family and enjoy the same meals together. No one should be left in 'dietary-isolation' as I call it. Eating your 'diet' meal while everyone else is enjoying something you'd much rather be eating!

A question I get asked a lot: ‘Will you be able to help me?’
Usually because people have been chewed up and spat out by the big slimming groups so many times they feel like they’re a lost cause.
That they should just accept they’ve gotten as far as they can go.
That there must be something wrong with their ‘metabolism’.
Maybe there’s just something wrong with you?
You are not a lost cause and you can, and will, be helped.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You need very little to get started.
- A Facebook account (essential for group access) - The 'MyFitnessPal' App (free version) - Patience and a willingness to learn
And that’s it!
You are not going to be given unrealistic targets to hit. Exercise is obviously encouraged but completely optional. As a husband and father to two young boys, I understand how precious time can be, especially around work and other commitments.
One of the most rewarding things about what I do is knowing the changes I can make to your dietary and activity habits can have a knock-on effect on your whole family.
I have witnessed some incredible transformations from people that are not even members of our group. They've benefited purely from their wives and husbands being members.
If the quality of your diet improves, anyone you cook or are responsible for benefits too!

EDUCATION - A solid grounding in basic, real world nutrition. No made up terminology (syns, points, healthy extras) no jargon. We break down and simplify so it that what we teach can be understood at all levels, no matter your background or dieting history.
GOALS - We are going to show you how to personalise your calorie and macro targets and tailor them to your body composition, activity level and goals!
CHECK-IN - (1-2-1 group only) You will have regular 'check-ins' with our coaches where we will review, assess, adjust and advise to make sure you are always making the best possible progress.
LIVE CHATS - Interactive 'Live Chats' with all of our coaches where we discuss a wide range of current topics the the opportunity for Q&A or to discuss anything you're unsure of or would like to know more about. We also bring in expert guest speakers to talk on more specific topics (such as binge/emotional eating & the menstrual cycle). These are all saved and available to catch up on at any time if you are unable to tune in live.
ACCESS - 24/7 Access to our 'Members Only' Facebook groups. A safe and private space where we offer all support and guidance. This is where you will be able to interact with your fellow group-mates on a daily basis sharing in all the successes, wins and progress. But also where you can reach out if you are having a bad day and need a friendly ear.
RECIPES - On the 1st of every month we release a new recipe book containing 30 delicious new recipes for you to try. There is something for everyone and all recipes can be tweaked and adjusted to suit your lifestyle choices.
SHOPPING LISTS - Not sure where to start in the supermarket? Our Shopping lists cover all the big chains and are in place within the group so you can get off to quick start.
DIETARY LIFESTYLE - Vegetarian and Vegan members, especially, can struggle with some aspects of their diet. Not only do we have guides specific to these lifestyle choices, resident coach Big Nick is vegan and is always on hand for any questions you may have.
LIVE WORKOUTS - Live Workouts with our group PT. These can be done from the comfort of your own home and are available to catch up on at any time. We are always open to suggestions on what sorts of workouts you'd like to see and do and we make sure there is always something for everyone and all physical ability levels!
RELATIONSHIPS - Do you have a bad relationship with the scales? Do you have a bad relationship with food, or certain foods? Maybe you even avoid social occasions. Let us help you overcome these.
GYM & HOME WORKOUTS - Do you have a gym membership? Or would you like to join a gym but you're just unsure where to start or what to do? Our dedicated workout section will have something for everyone of all experience levels.
GIVEAWAYS - Will power and motivation are great to help you get started, but they are in short supply and soon run out. This is why we re-invest in your success by giving away hundreds of pounds in prizes. We run a monthly incentive where we reward those that bring new members in to our group.

EATING OUT - Let us teach you to navigate enjoy meals, drinks, social gatherings, BBQ's etc. so that you can enjoy these things without having to go 'off-track'. We also release 5 high street nutritional guides on the 1st of every month covering a wide range of popular chains such as Costa, Cafe Nero, McDonalds, Burger King & Pizza Hut (Yes, you can still enjoy these things as part of a balanced diet!)
At Munro Fitness we work a little differently to most.
We do not charge you an unnecessary 'sign-up' fee. and we do not tie you in with a lengthy contract.
We put our faith in the quality of our work and the level of service we offer.
We want you to stay with us because you want to, not because you are forced to.
Depending on which group you decide to join all we ask is that you pay your first 2 or 3 months membership in advance. We believe this small commitment will give you enough time to see an amazing transformation that will spur you on to continue with us on the rest of your journey.

At the end of your first two months you remain in the group paying only £14.99pm
